While at Core, I worked with 5 different startup clients - helping them build their products (mostly from scratch). The domains spanned across SemiConductor Device Testing, Peer-to-Peer finance, Online Social Shopping, the Beauty Products space and Online Video Advertising. My role in all of the above cases included all phases of the SDLC cycle. Specifically I was involved in the following: - Helping the clients translate their ideas into written specs - Architecting the technology solution - Interviewing and getting the team of Developers and Testers together - Planning and scheduling the various phases of the product and its releases, - Playing the role of the Project Coordinator and getting the development plan executed [including some development of some of the key parts of the application], and - Finally, getting the application deployed on the production servers. In summary, I had extensive experience of working with multiple early stage startups in a span of 3 years. Show less
