Vaida was a great colleague and she set very high standards in the business development team by her exceptional skills in driving business and strategically building pipeline and growth with vigorous executing on signing and bringing in new business. Later in 2006 when I needed a Business Development Director at THQ Wireless I hired Vaida. Vaida was a senior executive at THQ Wireless for 6 years and highly contributed to the growth of the business. Vaida is strategic and analytical with a strong focus on execution in a structured and logical way.
