While I was attending the 37F Reclassification Course Vaid's leadership and organizational skills were evident. There was not any "white space," nor was the daily schedule filled with superfluous tasks for the sake of being busy. Mr. Sadiku's technical proficiency, leadership, integrity were always present and easily recognizable. Very personable, whenever a student had a question he took the time to address it correctly, despite his being busy as the course's Staff Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge. Viad continues to exploit the success of previous classes by improving on what worked, and honestly assessing and acknowledging what did not work so as to either omit it from the Re-Classification course, or fix the issue. I would not hesitate at the opportunity to work with Vaid Sadiku at any time and in any venue. A true asset to any organization.
