Worked with Sobha Developers for 2 years as a Structural Engineer. Initially my role was restricted to produce Structural models and designs of high raised building individually. After appreciable work additional responsibilities such as co-ordination, attending meetings with different departments and site inspections were added withing first 6 months. I was given a Team (2 Engineers+2 Draftsmen) to monitor soon after this period and was also selected to form Structural Division’s KPA (Key Process Activities) to qualify for ISO standards.
