   Leading Project Planning ( PMO ) department for the Real Estate Housing & Infra Projects includes : - Preparing Baseline schedules during Pre-Tendering Work. - Risk Assessment of Projects, Site Visits, Data Collection and contractor Meetings. - Preparation of Level II and Level III schedules for the Project Execution, Monitoring and controlling. - Accountable for overall project Planning for the entire scope of the work, resource management, Tracking of the project progress month wise, Preparation of sector’s monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Project Progress Management reports, Quality Control, etc. for ensuring timely completion. - Project Schedule Preparation & Monitoring of Pre Construction, Execution, Engineering Procurement and Commissioning stages: Preparation of Master Program / Schedule, Resource planning, Regular Updating of schedules based on requirement, Internal / External coordination to ensure schedule adherence, To Monitor and Procurement of equipment and other long lead items, Act as medium between KBL design team & construction team, Assist VP (SBU)/AVP/GM in required tasks for the project. Budgeting & Monitoring Cash Flows & Expenditure: Preparing and Monitoring budgets and cash flows / expenditure (with inputs from all concerned), Reporting Overruns and Action Plan for mitigation (Future planning). Schedule Variance Control & Recovery Planning: Action plan to mitigate slippages, Regular meetings to ensure adherence to schedules. Engineering, Monitoring, reporting, MIS reports: Project Status Reporting, MIS Report, Accrual Monitoring, Prepare Agenda for monitoring meeting, Attend all coordination meetings & issue MOM's. Work Process Improvement / Development Work in project planning & monitoring: Development of ready reckoners, time saving techniques, automated tools ( EPM & SAP ) for improving work schedule management, Sharing and Innovation, Development of innovative monitoring approaches.
