Budgeting & Monitoring Cash Flows & Expenditure: Preparing and Monitoring budgets and cash flows / expenditure (with inputs from all concerned), Reporting Overruns and Action Plan for mitigation (Future planning). Schedule Variance Control & Recovery Planning: Action plan to mitigate slippages, Regular meetings to ensure adherence to schedules. Engineering, Monitoring, reporting, MIS reports: Project Status Reporting, MIS Report, Accrual Monitoring, Prepare Agenda for monitoring meeting, Attend all coordination meetings & issue MOM's. Work Process Improvement / Development Work in project planning & monitoring: Development of ready reckoners, time saving techniques, automated tools ( EPM & SAP ) for improving work schedule management, Sharing and Innovation, Development of innovative monitoring approaches.
