  I am Principal at Dhruva Advisors LLP, specializing in the field of Indirect Taxes. I am looking after the Indirect Tax practice of Gujarat and having experience in litigation, consulting and advisory practice. During the tenure as a professional, I have dealt in the areas of GST, Service Tax, Central Excise, Customs, Value Added Tax, Central Sales Tax, Foreign Trade Policy ('FTP') and SEZ. I have advised clients across an industry spectrum consisting of manufacturing, consumer durable, hospitality, telecommunication, real estate, infrastructure, logistics, ports, power, mining, petroleum / oil industry, pharmaceutical, trading, services etc. I advise to companies on planning, structuring and optimization on complex indirect tax matters. Have assisted to clients for indirect tax litigation including representation before the Tribunal, Appellate Authorities and Policy Relaxation Committee (under the FTP). Also, have been instrumental in filing Writ and revision petitions before the Gujarat High Court. Past stints includes Ernst & Young and KPMG. I am a regular contributor to articles and speaker at seminars organized by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and various trade and professional bodies.
