  Managed kitchen and bathroom upgrades and remodels. Fully track onsite progress of multiple projects through roughly 7 points of inspection. Conduct inspections with various counties and inspection agencies, be a point of contact for contractors and customers alike. With the assistance of one assistant schedule all points of work from demolition to final punch list and project completion. The main stages of a project were: permit prep, demolition, rough plumbing and electrical (inspection), drywall installation, paint and texture, installation of cabinets and counter tops, flooring installation and installation of finish plumbing fixtures and electrical outlets (Final Inspection). After final inspection do a final walkthrough and a final punch-list with client; see to completion of all punch-list items and complete contract. Unfortunately the volume of work they hoped for when I was hired was not met by the sales team, and/or lack of financing was an issue; so I am looking for different employment options oriented in a more permanent and career oriented manner.

  This role was comprehensive and included following projects from formation to completion. This started from customer introductions and information gathering to setting time for an in home consultation. After the in-home consultation I would prepare an estimate and send it out the client based on observation. If the client approved the estimate, a scope of work would be prepared and a contract would be prepared and signed. Once the contract is signed we would set up a payment schedule as well as a time-line for the project. I would track the sub contractors and stay in contact with the client through the completion of the project. This system worked great because the customer was in contact with a single point of contact the entire time and this made it easier to deliver on all promises made to the clients.
