I first met Vaclav in 2015. I was immediately very much impressed about his leadership and influence. In a short time we were able to be on the same page on the needs for the company. Under his leadership we prepared an action plan for several projects in order to achieve Enterprise's targets. One of these was the start up of stainless steel plant in Arizona, started in 2016. This is a good example of teamwork, both to an US Company level and Global Enterprise level. In a short time we purchased equipment to start production, matching the very limited budget received, we trained employees and supervisors, we uploaded brand new bill of materials for 2,000 new items in the ERP system, we prepared all the needed drawings, matching the needs of the market, we certified design and process for hygienic products (NSF certification), we trained sales team and every employees of the company. The solid foundation is now an important asset of the Enterprise in US. All this took place under his clear and very effective guidance. The Enterprise, in the recent years, was able to offer some of the gained production capability (40%) to new customers, achieving important synergies. Vaclav is a smart and great executive leader.
