Krish is a high energy HR person. He has the great ability to stay calm and pick the best from any situation. His passion for learning and self modulation is a great strength. During the period of our collective engagement in the early stage of Whirlpool Of India we had the challenging phase of high ambiguity with need for urgent actions across function in a continuous manner. A significant "change management" effort with high pitch communications for business delivery as imperative.
