INCMaT (Institute of New Carbon Materials and Technologies, rus. Inumit) ● Developed new phthalonitrile monomers, that provided obtaining resin formulation, suitable for composite fabrication with vacuum infusion and resin transfer molding methods. ● Optimized the organic synthesis conditions of monomers and supervised the commissioning of monomers industrial synthesis unit (1000 L reactor). ● Manufactured phthalonitrile thermosets (operating temperature up to 350 °C) and polymer composites, made of them. ● Upgraded HPLC and NMR methods for phthalonitrile monomers QC. ● Developed coatings for high-temperature oxidation protection of polymer composites. ● For the first time ever synthesized and characterized carbon-carbon composite materials derived from carbon fiber reinforced phthalonitrile thermosets. ● Designed a new approach to manufacturing prepregs based on thin thermoset films. ● Developed projects control system, based on Windows server, SQL, and Python. ● Published patents and research papers.
