   Provided leadership to a team including the Head of Admissions, Data Manager and Yearbook Coordinator with a management line to all the deputy heads, primary and secondary. Led the strategic development and implementation of the quality assurance strategy to promote standards and continuous improvement, resulting in reaccreditation from HPL. Responded to the growth of the college by appointing key members of staff restructuring the team. Established a positive and productive working environment to promote individual wellbeing, as well as a cohesive team-based culture to maximise potential and enhance the performance of the team. Merged two schools together at the request of the Ministry of Education during Covid and successfully moved into a new state of the art campus in August 2020 within schedule. Set up the Education Innovation Forum (EIF), the CPD academy for the school, including the set up and delivery of several modules that cater to all staff, following a staff survey showed that there was a lack of CPD opportunities for the support services. Responsibility for staff recruitment, budget management, managing the teaching timetable and reporting to the College’s Board of Governors on aspects relating to the Primary School. Maintained strong relationships with Senior Vice Principal-Head of Secondary as well as the Principal and all members of the College’s leadership group on all strategic matters.
