I worked with the CUTC team this year to run the extremely well attended Google business plan competition. Even before arriving in Toronto, Uzair got Google panelists prepped with all the details we needed. Once on site, Uzair did an amazing job of rallying all the volunteers and distributing the tasks so that all logistical tasks were handled before they became an issue. The competition went off without a hitch, despite many schedule changes that happened over the course of the two days. This was entirely a result of Uzair and his team's hard work to ensure all the conference attendees had a great experience.

Uzair was responsible for creating, managing, and implementing the Google Case Challenge at the Canadian Undergraduate Technology Conference. He created a truly unique and entertaining format that was universally well received. After creation, Uzair spent significant amounts of time in the logistical planning and exemplary execution of the competition. More importantly, Uzair's persistence and vision were the sole reason that the event did not become a generic case competition. Despite initial skepticism, Uzair's event simply floored our partners, delegates, and competitors. His model will be the benchmark at which all student based case challenges are measured against. Working with him at CUTC was a privilege.
