      I am currently responsible for the mechanical integrity and implementation of the reliability centred maintenance (RCM) regime for fixed equipments at INEOS Styrolution, Gulf of Mexico Region.Main deliverables:-Implementation of RP 581, Risk Based Inspection regime for fixed assets,- Development of FMEA and FMECA regime for root cause analysis of major equipment failures.-Development of ITPs for new assets, and development of repair plans as per API, ASME B31.3 and ASME Section VIII Div 1 codes.- A lead Maintenance Engineer for all the fixed equipment reliability issues at site.- Spearhead execution of maintenance activities during turnarounds on fixed equipments as per ITPs and suggest repairs for discovery work based on inspections.- As per Process Safety Management (PSM) regime, I am responsible for the Mechanical Integrity (MI) and Quality Assurance (QA) aspects of all the fixed assets for Benzene, Ethylbenzene, Styrene, Poly Styrene and Utilities units.
