I am currently responsible for the mechanical integrity and implementation of the reliability centred maintenance (RCM) regime for fixed equipments at INEOS Styrolution, Gulf of Mexico Region.Main deliverables:-Implementation of RP 581, Risk Based Inspection regime for fixed assets,- Development of FMEA and FMECA regime for root cause analysis of major equipment failures.-Development of ITPs for new assets, and development of repair plans as per API, ASME B31.3 and ASME Section VIII Div 1 codes.- A lead Maintenance Engineer for all the fixed equipment reliability issues at site.- Spearhead execution of maintenance activities during turnarounds on fixed equipments as per ITPs and suggest repairs for discovery work based on inspections.- As per Process Safety Management (PSM) regime, I am responsible for the Mechanical Integrity (MI) and Quality Assurance (QA) aspects of all the fixed assets for Benzene, Ethylbenzene, Styrene, Poly Styrene and Utilities units.

Based at Phillips66 Bayway Refinery, I am responsible for the mechanical integrity, quality assurance and maintenance of H2S Regeneration facility. Reporting to: Plant Manager H2S.Key Deliverables:1) Field maintenance of rotary/stationary assets at H2S facility.2) Maintenance support to other refining facilities during turnarounds.3) Liaison with Inspection/ Operations/Process/Procurement and Safety interfaces.4) Support to Technical and Reliability Engineering for improvement initiatives.5) Implementation of DuPont Process Safety Risk Management (PSRM) protocols.6) Participate in New Jersey state and Federal level EPA and Spill Containment audits for the refinery.
