Jen collaborated with my student services team to redesign our student financial awards page, so that current and prospective students could more efficiently find and apply for awards relevant to them. This was a major pain point for our students, who felt like the previous process took too long and for my team who administered the awards because of incomplete, inaccurate or duplicate applications. The new website seems to be working well and doing great things for our community, most especially the students who most need the support. Jen was also a great person to work with on this project and my team loved working with her. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a smart, competent and generous collaborator.

Jennifer has and incredible amount of knowledge in her space, has empathy for her users and has a natural ability to develop those around her. I learned a lot about how to incorporate human centered design into the whole SDLC. She was very collaborative work with; open and generous with feedback and coaching. We approached our project with curiosity and an open mindset and I believe it was one of the most successful parts of the time we worked together.
