Bio
Christian Simamora (he/him/his)
Uvinie is leading Dalai Lama Fellows through a series of strategic planning sessions. I have been deeply impressed with her. She has displayed masterful facilitation skills, including listening deeply, weaving different ideas into a coherent unit, and keeping a very talkative and opinionated group on task. She is sharp-as-a-tack intelligent and wields this intelligence to cut through to the essence of a complicated issue, which, as you can imagine, is important for moving strategic conversations forward. And, she's brought very helpful frameworks to guide our thinking. Furthermore, her personal qualities make her a pleasure to work with. She is kind, patient, and gregarious. I've experienced many strategic planning sessions in my 15 years in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, and this has felt the most forward-moving, generative, and engaging of them all. I would strongly recommend Uvinie for strategic planning, strategy consultation, and meeting facilitation.
Bidisha Banerjee, PCC, MESc
Uvinie is a master strategist who led the best strategic planning conversations we've ever had at our small, mission-driven organization, Dalai Lama Fellows. Uvinie's passion for supporting compassionate, ethical, and mindful young leaders working to surmount global challenges shines through, combined with her electric commitment to guiding our group to making tough decisions and focusing on key results. We are grateful for Uvinie's boundless energy and enthusiasm, combined with her keen intellect and willingness to immerse herself in our organizational realities, while maintaining a neutral yet galvanizing stance.
