Works that I've been involved in - 1. Project Management a. Maintaining and monitoring the Project Timeline and action plans in accordance with the deadline. b. Providing project support to Client END administrators. c. Project management from inception to completion. d. Coordinate resources to ensure project completion on time. e. Motivate team members and lead from the front to ensure a productive workplace. 2. Requirement Capture a. Understanding the client's business perspective to capture software requirements. b. Examining, analyzing, and identifying requirements specifications in order to comprehend the business logic and desired software architecture. c. Identify and define the project's scope. 3. Software Support a. Second-Level Support b. Provided support for customized applications and solved challenging problems in software workflow and user interface. c. Maintain, troubleshoot, and resolve requests in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA). d. Assisting the Project Lead in developing operating procedures and reporting on project status. e. Coordinating with various teams such as support, data conversion, development, and business analysts to resolve any issues that arise. f. Overseeing the implementation of new software applications to ensure smooth operation. 4. Quality Assurance a. Problem analysis and creation of useful documentation b. Carrying out web services testing for interface testing. c. Submit the various testing reports to management.
