Developed a Laparoscopic Precision Instrument Directed a team of 15 to design, develop and construct prototypes in under four months. Implemented Agile, WBS, Critical Path, and Gantt Charts to achieve the required milestones before the deadlines. We implemented SolidWorks and Ansys for modeling and simulation. We built 2 working prototypes in 7 months, after which we performed the Pugh Matrix method to filter out the best designs, refine them, and build a more authentic and manufacturable product. Oversaw Operations and was involved in Supply Chain Management Devised and introduced a modified Kanban system to control inventory and production flow. The new system improved the inventory cycle time and reduced the inventory days from 20 to 10. Generated a lead-driven sales forecast using historical acquisition data from the previous five sales cycles, decreasing product shortages by 10% and increasing customer demand fulfillment. Advised in developing a solid network of suppliers and maintained that all vendors were in 100% compliance with the company's quality assurance standards. Reduced inventory and piece part costs by 21% by identifying unnecessary tooling and process repetitions. Supervised a 30ft by 20ft stall at an exhibition containing 250 designs; led a team of 10 to build, decorate, and manage the booth; and received clients for five days. Created a database in excel to keep track of deliveries, receivables, payments, and inventory count. Coordinated with the production team, checked their status regularly, and managed the produced goods.
