Brief description of responsibilities/achievements: - Responsible for strategic management and oversee the implementation of all business activities at USAIFA. - Under my leadership, USAIFA has grown from a small farm of 350 poultry birds and build capacity for 38,000 birds and 100,000 cat fish production. We also built a network of 7200 farmers that receive input credit and farm extension services to improve their productivity. - Lead USAIFA team to implement the UNICEF funded “Farmers cooperative’s skills acquisition and economic empowerment programme across four LGAs in Borno State” between 2018 – 2020. - Lead USAIFA team to implement the UN Women funded “Vocational skills acquisition and economic empowerment programme in Adamawa and Sokoto State” between 2020 – 2021.
