I know Usman since last 5 years, there is something very unique about Usman that I admire the most, which is the quality to connect with each and everyone. I was surprised to hear that he remembered each and every persons who once got a change to be in his training even ages ago. We recently had a wonderful experience of virtual sessions (Breaking The Barriers a series of 6 engaging and fun sessions) which was a one of a kind experience keeping in view the current pandemic situation and employees who are bound inside their homes and also have an emotional & psychological impact on them. It was a great refresher and a much needed break, the sessions where highly engaging and interactive. To be honest I was not expecting this session to be that much engaging and full of energy. He totally changed the concept of virtual sessions and really break the barriers proving that virtual retreats can also be very fun and engaging.
