Usman is diligent in his work and have professional approach to handle some work under pressure. The best thing Usman possessed was that he was available for advice or comment 24 hrs a day on site or even on leave. Usman had a strong technical ability which enabled full participation in Geological Mapping and ability to contribute the appropriate response in an efficient manner. Examples of that include Rock Burst zone support and advance micro-seismic monitoring while excavation with TBM. For all these reasons I would not hesitate to work with Usman Shahid again if the opportunity arose in future.
