Usman is really a good management professional having grip on management accounting. Usman and I worked together to develop a software module for the costing of all product segments with allocation of variable and fixed overhead on absorption costing method to analyse the contribution margin and profitability analysis for each product. Usman is a quick learner and have great adaptation skills. I found Usman intelligent and hardworking professional. I highly recommend Usman for work and he will prove to be a good asset to any company.

Voluntary effort for Process Improvement I went above and beyond my job responsibilities to write VBA Macros in Excel to make different processes more efficient. The Macros I wrote reduced Travel claim processing, Travel advance processing and logging times by significant margins. I also created Mail merge to automate the emailing process to remind employees to submit claims. I was appreciated by my supervisor for introducing these efficiencies in the processes. Show less
