      As Shift Manager my role in the company was to accurately and quickly respond to customers inquiries in person, written, and over the phone. Preparing inter branch currencies and posting entries correctly. Ensuring that the customer money transfers were accurately processed. Ensuring all inventories were properly stocked including stationery and marketing materials. And I was always looking to be pro active to improve branch performance - profitability.
