Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis 1. Financial Planning and Budgeting – Manage the budget process (training, directing, preparing and compiling) for the Country Office and Partners (programs and projects), including the annual re-forecast exercise. Assist in the preparation of the Country Operating Plan (including budget and cash flow forecasts) and other strategic planning as well as the Country Annual Progress Reports (including budget and cash flow variance analysis) 2. Country Office Monthly Reporting – Complete directly, or supervise and verify the ) financial statements and monthly reports and forward to the Internal Audit Manager (Head Office) on a timely basis including a detailed budget variance analysis and cash flow forecasts, according to the CCFC Country Office Accounting Standards. 3. Payroll - Provide oversight of the Country Office payroll and related tax and benefit activity ensuring legal compliance. Liaise with local HR Advisor and Head Office Human Resources for compensation and benefits issues relating to payroll as necessary. 4. Support the Country Director to ensure compliance with legal requirements for reporting, payroll and other legislated requirements. 5. Perform other financial reports and analysis (e.g. cost/benefit) at the direction of the Country Director and the Controller (Head Office). This includes grantors or other special funding organizations. 6. Capacity build Country Office and Partner staff as a coach and trainer by providing clear, objective and constructive direction that will enable them to fulfill the required CCFC financial requirements and assist them to design appropriate internal control systems and procedures. This may include leading training sessions and workshops with Country Office and Partner staff. 7.
