• When we take the placement for new order we work in more sides beginning from the fabric division to open new fabric order and purchasing and planning divisions to request the accessories (thread, labels, tags, bags … etc) which garments needed, • Follow up Fabric and all samples approval (fabric Test and fabric Lap dips strike off, fit sample, PP sample ….etc). • Make time and action chart to the buyer • Make a recap with priority and give it to planning division to pass it to the other department (cutting – production) to realize on time shipment. • Following up the production and give the priorities to production • Try to solve all problems to catch shipment date.
