I worked alongside Usama when he was part of the IT team at MEC. In the timeframe he supported this team he didn’t only bring urgency to projects assigned to him but also brought positive energy, team building attitude and was diligent in successfully following up with respective teams. His willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is something to be desired in any professional and he eagerly embraced this. He tactfully took on internal company goals and communicated with his fellow colleagues to execute results and increase employee happiness. Usama’s can-do-attitude and determination attributed to making those around him enjoy working with him. I know he can successfully continue thriving in any atmosphere and can effectively be an asset to all those he encounters. I certainly miss working with him but have no doubt he will excel his career trajectory.
