Part of the Manchester Cancer and Thrombosis(MCAT) group. A self proposed nine month research project undertaken as part of final masters dissertation coursework. Research focused on the efficacy of novel inflammatory biomarkers in breast cancer. Project was supervised by Professor Cliona Kirwan at the Manchester Cancer Research Centre and Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Project made possible by funding from Association of Breast Surgeons(ABSGBI). Part of the Manchester Cancer and Thrombosis(MCAT) group.
