It is with great pleasure that I recommend Ursula Pala. I have worked with Ursula for over 10 years on Maker Faire Rome as the lead in marketing, communications, and PR and as a senior member of the leadership and strategy team assigned to MFR. Ursula is smart, market savvy and passionate about all that she takes on and is the ultimate experienced professional. She made it a priority from the very beginning to understand the product, the market and the opportunity and came up with the most creative and innovative ways to market the Maker Faire brand in Italy (and all of Europe). Events are a specialty of Ursula's (from launch to all stages of growth), and the pandemic years, while challenging for most played to Ursula's strength of adapting and delivering. She and her team embraced the challenge of transitioning to online and she worked to deliver innovative ways to keep growing the brand and keeping all members of the community connected and thriving (makers, attendees, sponsors, the media, and partners). She is a take-charge person who is able to develop projects and ideas, always communicating the benefits to the partners, never forgetting the final goal whatever task she have to complete.
