  I'm inspired every day by working with staff and students alike at Gateshead College. My many roles are as follows; monitoring students against retention & achievement targets and ensuring support activities in a variety of forms is implemented to meet the college's targets and values. Track individuals and monitor learners needs, attendance & achievement by taking a lead role to ensure learners are given the best possible opportunities to remain on programme and succeed. Always supporting staff with effective systems within the college practices. Maintaining and reporting a cross-college register of At Risk learners and dealing with internal & external services. Teaching and managing student's learning against the best practise model, short and long term planning and assessment. Internal verification to ensure high quality standards are maintained across my curriculum area. Show less
