I worked with Ursula in Tampa, FL, at REACHUP, Inc., a non-profit organization that aims to advocate for and mobilize resources, to help communities achieve equality in healthcare and positive health for families. As a nurse home visitor for the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) program, Ursula became an outstanding and invaluable asset in the many daunting tasks pertaining to coordination of care, family planning and prenatal education, and client data analysis. She worked on multiple tasks related to NFP’s success from program member engagement and management, to inter-departmental coordination and communication.
