When I got an offer to do a short training in France, my answer is YES! It's not everyday you get an opportunity to live and work abroad. With almost zero knowledge in French, I can proudly say I had managed to adapt to the living culture and working environment, while continuously trying to improve my proficiency in the language. Novotel is a true example of a good international hotel practice and I definitely learned a lot of new skills. My main responsibilities include: • Handling daily kitchen, restaurant outlet and bar operation on a shift basis; ensuring guests and customers receive quality service and products according to the HACCP standard.
