Urska has worked for me as an IT Associate in the Regional IT function. IT is a key part of the Finance function and provides regional IT asset management operations, local mobile (iPhone/iPads) deployment & training support, support on key information security projects as well as IT related administrative tasks relating to purchasing assets and software licenses. From August 2014 to March 2015, Urska has supported us on the IT processes. She learned quickly to use our Global IT asset management tool, SAP, Incident and CR tool (Remedy On Demand) and information security related processes/tools. She has worked on the global IT asset management project in our region and handled ad hoc requests. Further, she has been part of several efforts to understand how the Information Governance Management at our company can be strengthened to protect our data even better. Additionally, she has supported the Slovenian & regional organization with mobility services and needed documentation to ensure that all IT assets, licenses and documentation was available to associates in region and IT team. Finally, Urska was key member of IT team helping us building trusted relationship with our business partners. Urska has done all this working with me and my Head of Region IT Marko Strucelj.
