As the Design Manger for Oakley Snow Sport Apparel and Oakley Women's Apparel, I worked closely with Urs. I will start by saying he a very inspiring leader on many levels. His work is the outcome of his life's passions. He is creates and markets product from his years of experience in the industry and as a field tester. Urs is an incredible athlete that marries experience with intuition, intelligence, and pursue of excellence. As designer, I found him very supportive and enthusiastic of innovation and storytelling.
