I had the pleasure to work with Uri for 2 years as his direct manager at Sears Israel. Uri is highly motivated with strong product understanding, when we worked together on the new homepage experience for Shop Your Way, Uri's accurate understanding of the product and the business goals along with his high motivation to help the team to create significant impact change in the Home Page led to a smart, professional new design that met all KPIs. Uri has a lot of experience as a designer, this experience helps Uri and the team to solve difficult problems, and to achieve quick signals. In the end of 2015 Uri was leading the design of a feature that was suppose to host a huge amount of traffic in the holidays time in the US. The main KPI was to create impact on sales in 3 month time. We needed to get an indisputable signals that this feature is moving the needle, Uri designed a simple and smart template that was easy to operate and manage. The template presented many kinds of curated, promotional and segmented content to the users. Uri's design was a great success. I strongly recommend Uri, his design skills, team work, experience and motivation will definitely help any company to grow and succeed.
