Not quite strict on developers regarding features or deadlines. as long as the reasons are reasonable and it's inevitable , he will try to postpone the deadline while keeping an eye on each member's performance. As a Manager, and also as a friend (yes, He was very close to his subordinates) , I can assure you, It was really fun and enjoyable working with Him, His solution was acceptable and can be done easily between our team and other teams. Negative side of Unggul is, He got not much guts to warn other team's member if it slow us down, But that wasn't a big deal.
