      This is the hospital I trained at for 18 months prior to qualifying and then continued to work post qualification. I did my first-year preceptorship here to gain my band 6, gaining valuable experience working in a very busy women only hospital, one of only two in England providing care and conducing around 9000 births per year. I rotated from Delivery suite to antenatal, Postnatal wards and community setting. As a band 6 midwife I was regularly in charge of running the postnatal ward on a shift.
