  Fairfest organizes industry-leading tradeshows which are attended by business professionals from over 100 countries, for the last three decades.As a family business owner, I had a leadership role in running the organization (of over 100 people) and driving the transformation of our events in an increasingly digital and content-driven world. - Set up B2B marketing and inside sales operations that involved outreach to 100+ countries and governments spanning 5 continents generating over $3M in annual revenue.- Hired, built, and actively managed a team of top-rated programmers to successfully launch an event networking app that is now being licensed to competing event organizers.- Managed M&A interest from large international event organizers/PE funds looking to enter the Indian market- Navigated existential threat to events posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, by implementing cost-cutting programs and launching virtual eventsAbove all, I got a front-row seat to what goes into building a profitable business, managing change in legacy teams and processes, and got to work with incredible people from around the world.
