   Working as a senior partner with SPSG & COMPANY, INDIA, a chartered accountancy firm engaged in audit & advisory services for over three decades. Leading the advisory & client consultation division for the firm, mainly handling Internal Audits, Risk Advisory, Business Process Management & SOP assignments. Formulated recommendations on opening up new consultancy areas, like risk assessment, process improvement & standard operating procedures, where the firm was traditionally involved in rendering statutory & tax audit services, majorly. Convinced fellow partners to implement and use pre-audit planning tools, resource and time sheet allocation techniques, used by most of the big4’s & industry leaders globally. Worked on multiple process improvement assignments for India’s third largest metal forging entity, CHW Forge, Ghaziabad & also actively involved in provisioning risk advisory & process improvement services for some of India’s largest real estate corporates. Lead the team from front on some of India’s largest nationalised bank’s audit assignments (concurrent, stock & statutory). Advisor to an India’s leading educational institution, KIET Group of Institutions, with over 6000 students in engineering, management & pharmacy, which is also approved as a Technology Business Incubator (TBI) by Department of Science & Technology, Government of India for start-up funding. Advocated the setup process & partnership arrangement, between Mercedes Benz (India) & Krishna Group of Institutions, formulating a unique 1-year diploma program called, Advanced Diploma in Automative Mechatronics (ADAM). Conducted seminars & ted talks in numerous industries ranging from interior design space, iron & steel, food processing & automobile industry, on organisational behaviour & process improvement.
