  Working as a content moderator for Accenture was an eye-opening experience. My role was to review online content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure they complied with the company's guidelines and policies. At first, I thought the job would be straightforward. However, I soon realized that it was emotionally challenging. Some of the content I had to review was disturbing, and it was hard not to let it affect me. For example, I had to review videos of animal abuse, hate speech, and violent content, which were tough to watch. Another challenge was dealing with the sheer volume of content that needed to be reviewed. I had to review hundreds of items every day, and it was easy to get overwhelmed. However, I learned to manage my workload by prioritizing tasks, staying focused, and taking breaks when necessary. Despite the challenges, being a content moderator was also rewarding. I felt like I was making a difference by ensuring that online content was safe and appropriate for all users. Additionally, I enjoyed working in a diverse team and learning from my colleagues. Overall, my experience as a content moderator at Accenture was both challenging and rewarding. It taught me valuable skills such as attention to detail, time management, and emotional resilience. I would highly recommend this role to anyone who is passionate about online safety and willing to face difficult content on a daily basis. Show less
