   To monitor/perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finish products and finish products.  Estimation of TVC plate count from sample, Isolation and detection of food borne pathogen from meat product  Physical and chemical proximate analysis of incoming Raw-materials.  To maintain standard, requirement and records in the system in compliance with HACCP system.  Training of personnel on good manufacturing practices and quality system  Swab testing, Shelf life study, pre-operational sanitation checks.  To implement and maintain Food Safety policies and SOPs.  Monthly self inspection and record KPI parameters testing.  Monitoring the CCP’S from QC point of view and maintaining records and corrective action.  To monitor issue of only QC released materials as per FIFO system.
