Worked independently to engineer and culture a strain of E. Coli to produce the C2 domain of the Factor VIII protein, an essential blood protein that is lacking in Hemophilia A patients. Harvested the genetically modified E. Coli after incubation, lysed the E. Coli cells and purified the C2 domain of the Factor VIII protein. Worked independently to engineer and culture a strain of E.
