He is a very innovative and creative preofessional and in all aspects a great colleague. He is focused on solutions that are win-win, a true team-player that make strategic correct decisions based on corporate values and customer needs. Very skilled at global networking and interacting with people inside and outside of the organisation. His sales record and ability to take on stretch targets are highly impressive.
