After six years of building up the joint venture company and leading it through favorable market conditions as well as through turbulences, I handed over to a successor at the beginning of 2012. According to the rules of my "home organization", ABB Switzerland, and based on the seniority of the position as well as age, I joined Consenec Ltd in 2012. This is a joint venture company between ABB, Alstom and Bombardier in Switzerland. Our consultants are all senior executives from the three parent companies. We offer interim management and consulting services. I continued to stay in Chongqing (China). Here I offered interim management and advisory services for companies that wanted to establish or develop their business in China, had problems with existing businesses, or simply want to improve their current activities in China. My focus has been on strategy and strategy review, finding local partners and their evaluation, support for solving issues with local partners, support in negotiations, marketing concepts for China, as well as interim management. Due to reaching the statutory age, the contract with Consenec expired end of July 2016. Since then, I offer interim management and advisory services on a freelance basis. Show less
