  Charged with the ownership of manufacturing capability readiness planning and execution for ceramic matrix composites (CMCs) in the turbines business. Support the development of efficient operations by leading the manufacturing engineering team to enable the delivery of program milestones. Achievements: Spearhead the operations of 16 manufacturing engineers/NC programmers and 2 SOWs supporting the product introduction and manufacturing capability readiness of CMCs (High-Pressure Seal Segments and Vanes). Accomplished all RFT quality targets for the facility in the manufacturing areas. Established the technical packages in the facility (Technical instructions, SOPs, and routers). Optimized manufacturing capability readiness process for all the CMCs process strands, from fiber/fabric to machining Plan, implement, and maintain a yearly budget of ~$7M to deliver the manufacturing readiness progress for CMCs per the Technology Development Plan.
