As an Exericse Scientist Intern at Rise Health, I was responsible for the delivery of resistance based training and athletic development sessions to junior, intermedite, and senior level soccer athletes. These sessions were highly specific to the nature of soccer, addressing several key areas such as linear biomechanics, plyometrics, agility, and strength from a full-body perspective to underpin power and speed.
