Diane has written blogs and business articles for me, for several years now and I can highly recommend her work. At the beginning of each year we agree the themes of the various blogs and articles that Diane will write, so that, they are aligned to the promotional and marketing of the business month, by month. Having agreed the themes, Diane then does her own research and composes the blogs which are well thought through and provide the reader with insightful and sometimes appropriately challenging information. Diane really understands my business and the market place I work in, the blogs she writes for me are first class and so accurately on message and aligned to my personal thoughts and beliefs and the values of my business.

I can highly recommend Diane and the services available at Park Lodge. I have been attending meeting there regularly. Diane always ensures everyone receives a high level of service, she is always on hand to help and very friendly.

Creative minds should definitely go to Diane. I have taken over her social media for HallGood Books and I'm fully aware of the amazing work she publishes. She'll help you through the whole process of getting your ideas onto paper, then onto shelves. Her passion for books is palpable and I know she will make your dream to become an author a successful reality.

Frustrated by the lack of practical advice given by faceless self-publishing services providers, I strive to give as much help to my authors as they need. The production of a quality book is only part of the process (it's simply project management); what makes ME different, is that I'm as committed to making sure the content inside the pages is as good as could possibly be. I carefully select the authors I work with - the ones who are eager to take advantage of the twenty-plus years I've been editing and developing books with authors - and kindly pass the writers who just want someone to 'go through the motions' to my competitors. As a developmental editor, literary consultant and publishing specialist, I help my authors with any aspect of the self-publishing process, from the germ of their idea right through to creating an effective and realistic marketing plan. I don't believe authors should do what everyone else does in our over-populated book market; instead, my advice is wholly tailored towards making them stand out from the crowd. The results I've helped my authors achieve speak for themselves.Though I do work with self-publishing clients, I'm also an independent publisher. I truly appreciate that I'm in a wonderful position, one where I'm able to cherry-pick certain books from those that come my way, and offer the respective authors a traditional publishing contract for the relevant rights.

Creating commercial content for individuals and small businesses through Novus Marketing Solutions. It's exciting to play a part in the meteoric rise of this ambitious marketing agency. I create all kinds of content - from blogs and articles, to marketing content, press releases, social media posts, case studies; brochure text and straplines. I'm also commissioning editor for In The Know Magazine - Novus's sister organisation - which is on course to be the foremost knowledge bank for Yorkshire businesses.

I helped to promote and market the centre, though my main duties involved raising funds from grant-making organisations. Working just one day a week, within three years, I'd raised 169k in grants and awards. My work with this upcoming charity continually changed in the time I was there, which I found both exciting and fulfilling. I helped raise awareness of the work this unique charity did for people with aphasia. I co-ordinated and supported the charity's volunteers, ran events, and developed a good number of fruitful relationships with businesses in the area. My role with this company was extremely varied and progressed quickly, ranging from sensitive data extraction and forensic computer imaging then, through promotions, as manager of a team of forensic administrators. I have a comprehensive knowledge of collating and presenting incriminating evidence suitable for court purposes and law enforcement agencies, and I have used many specialist software programs as part of this process. My proofreading skills, the ability to work to strict deadlines, and my attention to detail were all vital aspects of this role.

I co-produced various internal and external communications, which included the sourcing, researching, writing and design of publications. I wrote regional case studies and interviewed subjects, created press releases, contributed to the regional website, and helped to produce new literature.
