  As a board member, I was responsible for developing strategic plans for the youth organization, helping with project-writing, organizing events such as Vilnius Open 2020 & 2021 (the first Lithuanian high schooler-organized international online WSDC debating tournaments), VDS Camp 2020 (a 5-day camp for community-building activities, workshops about foreign affairs and institutions) and more. As a senior debater, I held lectures about debate skills and topics such as History and Geopolitics of the Middle East or Social Media in Debates, I also judged multiple debates weekly to help new debaters train. Most importantly, as a communications manager, I was responsible for strategizing and creating content (designing visuals and creative writing), managing all VDS' social media presence (public and private platforms for the members of the community on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), and maximizing its outreach. Vilnius Debating Society's effective, consistent online presence was recognized by European Solidarity Corps, as a result, we received financing for our project.
