Manage with Gemba Walks process. Manage Asakai Meeting Area every day. Shop Asakai Areas has created for each assembly, welding, painting shop lines. Some of Continious Improvements Projects completed; Set-up times of Ironing table metal working machine has been reduced about %50 ratio. Hanging capacity of painting shop trolley has been increased about %100 ratio. Air leaks of metal working machines have been reduced about %80 ratio with maintanence team. Production capacity of assembly lines (ironing table, clothes dryer-camping chair) have been increased about %50-%80-%40 ratios. Production capacity of Injection lines have been increased about %25 ratio. A lot of Muda-Muri-Mura have been removed in the production area. Presented 4 Kobetsu Kaizen and 4 Before-After Kaizen in MMO 6.Kaizen Activity and 92,75 points have taken. Joined as a speaker into MMO 6.Kaizen Activity about Continuity and Leadership in the Continuous Improvement Process.
