  Studied lung cancer stem cells and the effect of the drug Mithramycin A on its metastatic properties.- isolated lung cancer stem cells from lung cancer cell line model (cell culture techniques learned)- studied stemness and metastatic properties of the stem cells (Flow cytometry, DNA/RNA isolation, RT-PCR, Western blot, Confocal microscopy techniques learned)- studied the effect of the anti-cancer drug Mithramycin A on the metastasis of stem cells (MTT assay, apoptosis assay, tryphan blue staining, migration assay learnt) - statistical analysis done to show significance of data obtained
