Detailed engineering and designing of of Sample Transportation Systems, Primary & Secondary Sample Handling Systems, Fast Loop Pump Skids, Sample Recovery Systems and Sample outlet systems to Atmospheric Vent or process return line, which are utilized as the heart of a process. 5. Preparing P&IDs, Cause & Effect Chart, Preparing different calculation sheets such as UPS & NON UPS power consumption, Dew point calculation, Lag Time calculation, Carrier & Calibration gas consumption calculations, utility requirements for Analyzer House, HVAC, Analyzers and its accessories. 6. Evaluation of enquiry specifications or RFQ, datasheets to start-off project design & raise queries for Pre-bid meetings. 7. Establishing vendor scope for the project in terms of supply, Installation, Erection & commissioning, supervision, Training, FAT/SAT and PWAMC. 8. Determining the Fitment of Emerson Rosemount analytical products depending upon specified detection technology and cost effectiveness.
