  1.To conduct regular Incoming and Outgoing inspections of all products2.To Monitor temperature of all cold rooms throughout India and coordinate with respective branch Managers to ensure the cold are rooms are being operated under limits as specified in the procedures.3.To Coordinate with all Branch Managers and Branch Executives and ensure preventive and corrective actions are implemented in case of any uncertain situations4.To follow-up with Branch Managers and Branch Executives to ensure the Data Loggers are returned to HO5.To Coordinate with Branch Managers ad Branch Executives to gather information and Records temperature monitoring devices like Data loggers, Cold rooms temperature devices. 6.Maintain records of all Incoming and outgoing QC inspections 7.Maintain records of Temperature monitoring 8.Manage the documents and records in accordance with Document control procedures 9.To Follow-up with service providers to conduct Maintenance activities of Cold Rooms and Freezer on timely basis. 10.To Monitory and maintain the CCTVs, Temperature Probes, Data Loggers and its software always in good working conditions 11. To Monitor and maintain fire safety alarms, Fire extinguishers and fire safety systems in working condition. 12.To Maintain Access card systems, issue and retrieve cards. 13.Maintain logs of access cards and submit the attendance to HR on monthly basis 14.To assist and coordinate Management Representative in Establishing, Implementing and monitoring ISO 9001 systems 15. Behave responsibly and be available to the company needs as assigned on need basis 16.To Maintain SQC data analysis.17.Generate Monthly summary reports of all activities.18.Conduct Facility Audits 19.Conduct Stock Reconciliation in coordination with Logistics 20.Maintain Good House Keeping practices in Warehouse21.Conduct Warehouse audits 22.Track Data Loggers movement 23.Track Sample entry and storing in Freezer and cold rooms
